What You'll Do
- Deep Discovery: Use your business acumen to support account planning and identify organizational challenges that BetterUp can address.
- Solution Design: Develop expertise in our solutions to demonstrate how BetterUp can help organizations achieve their goals.
- Presentation & Thought Leadership: Share the science of behavioral change through presentations, workshops, and speaking engagements.
- Insights & Value: Analyze data to showcase impact stories, support retention, and inform strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, Product, Sales, and other teams to shape our offerings and deliver value.
- C-Level Consulting: Engage with C-Level executives, especially CHROs and CFOs, to influence and sell our solutions.
- Prioritization & Project Management: Manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Qualifications
- M.A. with 7+ years of consulting or business experience, preferably in HR or related fields, or a PhD with 5+ years in behavioral science or related areas.
- Expertise in behavioral science and HR (Talent Development, L&D, OD).
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience engaging with executives and influencing at the senior level.
- Business acumen in understanding organizational challenges.
- Data analysis skills, including basic statistics and pattern recognition.
- Adaptability to ambiguity and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.

The salary range for this role is $142,500 – $242,000, with specific ranges for New York City and other locations.
