The Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team ensures organizational alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support our GRC team. As a Program Governance Coordinator, you will assist in managing cybersecurity projects, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Assist in planning, executing, and delivering cybersecurity projects; manage timelines, resources, and budgets. Governance & Compliance:
Coordinate with teams to maintain regulatory compliance; develop and distribute security reports. Periodic User Access Reviews:
Collaborate with stakeholders for quarterly access reviews and monthly activities; ensure timely, documented completion. Policy Management:
Maintain and update security policies and procedures. Meeting Coordination & Updates:
Schedule stakeholder meetings; provide project status updates. Evidence Collection & Follow-up:
Support audit evidence collection; follow up on outstanding items for resolution. Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic understanding of IT security concepts, especially Security and Risk Assessment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications:
