Job Summary:

  • The Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team ensures organizational alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support our GRC team. As a Program Governance Coordinator, you will assist in managing cybersecurity projects, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and delivering cybersecurity projects; manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
  2. Governance & Compliance: Coordinate with teams to maintain regulatory compliance; develop and distribute security reports.
  3. Periodic User Access Reviews: Collaborate with stakeholders for quarterly access reviews and monthly activities; ensure timely, documented completion.
  4. Policy Management: Maintain and update security policies and procedures.
  5. Meeting Coordination & Updates: Schedule stakeholder meetings; provide project status updates.
  6. Evidence Collection & Follow-up: Support audit evidence collection; follow up on outstanding items for resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of IT security concepts, especially Security and Risk Assessment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SharePoint administration and document management experience.
  • Experience developing processes and working with security policies.
