Your Responsibilities The Client Manager is at the forefront of our Lockton Northeast Client Engagement strategy. They are directly responsible for the day-to-day servicing needs of Lockton Northeast Clients under the general guidance of the Unit Manager, Account Executive and/or Senior Client Manager. Overall responsibilities include support of the marketing, placement, and servicing of select lines of insurance, as well as execution of day-to-day administrative and service needs. The Associate must be familiar with Lockton Northeast resources, policies & procedures, and ensure overall compliance. The Client Manager will participate in the Lockton Northeast Career Foundations or Career Advancement Program to support career progression. A high-performing Client Manager will support transactional excellence and provide great customer service.

Core Responsibilities

Supports Unit Manager, Account Executive, or Senior Client Manager on Lockton Northeast clients.

Supports service delivery and renewal processes, including marketing, placement, and overall service.

Responds to client inquiries, maintains communication documentation, and engages senior resources when needed.

Provides client service aligned with Lockton Northeast processes and client engagement strategy.

Supports implementation of new coverage lines, including setup, documentation, and review.

Gathers and compiles exposure information from clients.

Works with managers to request and collect quotes from carriers.

Audits quotes, binders, endorsements, and requests changes as needed.

Processes audits and creates analysis for clients.

Participates in client meetings and presents material as directed.

Updates policies and ensures accuracy post-policy receipt.

Assists in updating specifications, applications, and summaries during the year.

Builds coverage specifications under supervision.

Supports new business opportunities and prepares presentation materials.

Creates and sends compliance communications.

Supports analytics by gathering benchmarking and industry data.

Works with accounting to issue invoices, certificates, and auto ID cards.

Performs basic contract reviews and resolves accounting issues, escalating when necessary.

Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field preferred.

At least two years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance or related experience.

Current Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Legal ability to work in the U.S.
