Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative
Direct Marketing Associate
to help improve our customer's experience in upgrading their homes in Riverside, Corona, Inland Empire, and Rancho areas! Want to join our team?
This position offers
uncapped commission
in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to
earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year.
Base pay starts at
$20 an hour
and depends on experience, education, location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.
Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. The canvasser will record accurate data about prospective customers and target market areas. Eligibility for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement is included.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
Transport to assigned territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally.
Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately.
Maintain a neat appearance and proper uniform with required permits.
Attend company meetings as required.
Share ideas with the Canvassing Program Manager to improve effectiveness.
Master Renewal by Andersen methodologies, products, and promotions.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License with a clean record
Minimum age of 18
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
Physically able to walk 3 to 5 miles daily
