in the greater Chicago area!

We seek an accomplished, driven, and collaborative

Direct Marketing Associate

to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining us?

This position offers

uncapped commission

plus base pay. Successful candidates can

earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . Starting base pay is

$20/hour , depending on experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will share specific details during hiring.

Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. Responsibilities include recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. The role offers a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned territories, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.

Transport to territories and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally.

Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately.

Maintain professionalism, appearance, and required permits.

Attend meetings as required.

Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness.

Master product knowledge and promotional offerings.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License with a clean record

Minimum age of 18

Reliable transportation

Strong verbal communication skills

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Comfortable using tablets and multiple platforms

Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily
