Renewal by Andersen seeks an accomplished, driven, and collaborative
Direct Marketing Associate
to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Want to join our team?
This position offers
uncapped commission
in addition to a base pay. Successful candidates are expected to
earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . The base pay starts at
$20 an hour
and depends on experience, education, location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter will share specific compensation details during hiring.
Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. Responsibilities include recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. Eligible individuals may receive a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager
Transport to assigned areas and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally
Use company mapping and business applications for accurate data recording
Maintain professionalism, appearance, and required permits
Attend company meetings as needed
Communicate ideas for program improvements
Master product knowledge and promotional offerings
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License with a clean record
Minimum age of 18
Reliable transportation
Strong verbal communication skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily
