We are seeking a contracts specialist experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of routine and complex contracts. The ideal candidate will analyze legal language, work directly with business colleagues to prepare contracts, and support contract management and training. Strong legal knowledge, autonomous work habits, relationship-building skills, proficiency in software, and excellent organizational skills are essential. The candidate should have a solid understanding of corporate matters, be detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and management. Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are critical for success. Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

Draft, review, negotiate, and file high volumes of routine contracts Communicate contractual risks and mitigation strategies with internal partners Support administration of the company's contract management system (CMS) Assist in protecting the company's proprietary technology through contractual measures Approve financial requisitions on behalf of Legal Provide legal support using relevant knowledge in an efficient manner Exercise judgment within policies to find solutions Work independently with minimal supervision Research legal issues and gather supporting facts Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:

BS/BA degree with 6+ years relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 4+ years experience and Paralegal Certificate Biotech/Pharma industry experience preferred Ability to interpret legal documents and communicate findings effectively Independent judgment within defined policies Expertise in legal contracts and documents Experience working with senior legal professionals Proficiency with computer software including word processing, email, and databases Understanding of key business drivers and processes Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to meet multiple deadlines with accuracy Strong project management and collaborative skills Knowledge of corporate legal matters Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn #LI-TM1 Neurocrine Biosciences is an

The annual base salary range is $117,300.00-$170,050.00, depending on location, experience, and role complexity. The position includes an annual bonus target of 30%, participation in our long-term incentive program, and benefits such as retirement plans, paid leave, and comprehensive health coverage.
