What You’ll Be Part Of Circle values visibility and stability, expanding into key jurisdictions with a focus on speed and efficiency. What You'll Work On Oversee daily operations of agile blockchain engineering teams, including requirements grooming for smart contracts, scrums for decentralized applications, and team-building focused on web3 innovation. Design, develop, and maintain blockchain APIs and decentralized applications (dApps) that facilitate interaction with stablecoins and crypto assets. Provide technical and architectural guidance for blockchain solutions, ensuring scalability and security. Lead agile practices tailored for blockchain teams, emphasizing best practices in smart contracts, DeFi, and UX. Align engineering efforts with company goals, developing roadmaps and timelines for blockchain products. Manage talent lifecycle, including mentoring, recruiting, training, and performance reviews. Represent the engineering team within the blockchain ecosystem, communicating opportunities and challenges. Manage technical debt and vulnerabilities to ensure reliable development cycles. Contribute to organizational initiatives, sharing blockchain expertise and best practices. Coordinate cross-functional activities to integrate blockchain innovations across the organization. What You’ll Bring To Circle At least 3 years of technical leadership experience. Over 7 years of software engineering experience. Proficiency in Go, Java, or Javascript for 3+ years. Experience in designing, building, and deploying secure, scalable products. Passion for coaching and developing leaders. Ability to motivate teams and work effectively cross-functionally. Experience managing remote teams. Comfort working in fast-paced environments with high autonomy. Circle is committed to creating an inclusive financial future, with transparent compensation policies. Starting pay depends on experience, skills, and organizational needs. Compensation ranges may vary by location. Base Pay Range : $182,500 - $240,000 We are an
