For the expansion of our Business Information Systems (BIS) team, argenx is looking for a Director-level Business Partner for the US HCP Experience community.

This role will report to the US Commercial and Medical Affairs BIS Lead and will be the primary point of contact for functions within the HCP Experience community, which include Marketing, Sales, and Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) community.

This role will bring together digital, data, and AI capabilities, and co-create with the HCP Experience community an industry-differentiating digital engagement with HCPs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Establish strong relationships with all levels of the US HCP Experience organization to deliver value-added solutions that meet current and future needs.

Collaborate with the HCP Experience community to develop a HCP-centric roadmap of business capabilities, processes, and technology solutions supporting the organization’s 2030 vision and beyond.

Work with the Veeva Capability Center within BIS to implement and support field-based solutions like Veeva CRM, Veeva Events, and territory alignment using Veeva Align.

Collaborate with the Digital Capability Center within BIS to implement HCP-facing digital solutions.

Coordinate with Veeva Capability Center, Digital Capability Center, Data and Analytics, and other BIS organizations to design and implement solutions that deliver business outcomes.

Establish and oversee a community to manage ongoing BIS application operations supporting the US HCP Experience team, including request intake, prioritization, and vendor management.

Oversee implementation and operations of system integrators supporting argenx in this area.

Regularly communicate status and progress to stakeholders.

Manage contracts and budgets for projects and vendors in this area.

Maintain awareness of industry best practices to ensure deployment of optimal solutions.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical or consulting organization focused on life sciences.

Proven experience supporting Sales and Marketing processes from definition through system implementation and support.

Strong experience with digital solutions for commercial field and marketing teams.

Experience with launching and supporting Veeva CRM, Veeva Events, and alignment tools like Align or Javelin.

Knowledge of MLR processes and experience with Veeva Vault (Medcomms and PromoMats) is preferred.

Understanding of marketing technology landscape and digital marketing technologies such as personalization, data platforms, and analytics.

Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
