The Director, US HCP Marketing will develop strategy and execute tactics, directed at health care professionals treating people living with myasthenia gravis (MG). The focus of the role will be to lead the development of HCP strategies and tactics for Peer-to-Peer, Congress, and support key field members including Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), and Field Clinical Educators (FCEs). This role will report to the Senior Director of US HCP Marketing, MG Indication Lead, and will partner closely with key internal and external cross-functional partners. In close collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team, this role will support the VYVGART® brand and portfolio strategies with pull-through to Commercial Field Team, KOL engagement, Peer-to-Peer Education, and National and Regional Congress presence and execution. The Director will also deliver on key brand expectations such as Brand Planning, Tactical Planning, Launch Readiness, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Roles and Responsibilities

Ongoing development and updating of the branded strategy and field execution priorities to ensure seamless integration into overall MG portfolio

Ensure customer and competitor insights drive actionable updates to strategy

Lead development of the strategy and key tactics directed at educating the extended care team (non-prescribers, nurses, and office staff) to expand awareness and reach of the VYVGART brand

Ensure readiness of materials to support the XFT Commercial Field Organization, including field clinical educators (FCEs), thought leader liaisons (TLLs), strategic account managers (SAMs) etc.

Work cross-functionally to prepare the XFT Field Organization and drive brand direction at POA meetings, training, etc.

Lead KOL engagement planning and HCP Advisory Board planning and execution to gather relevant customer insights as needed

Management of key agency partners, including Peer-to-Peer agency and Congress partners, in the development and execution of market development and brand plans. Ensure marketing direction is pulled through and project timelines are met

Support the VYVGART brand strategies with pull-through to national congress channel and regional congress execution. Lead congress strategy for the brand, including cross-functional congress planning, booth design, and execution of commercial tactics, sponsorships, and event to achieve brand objectives

Collaborate and co-create with multiple functional groups within the organization, including but not limited to Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field Sales, Training, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Compliance, Legal and Regulatory

Work closely with Legal, Regulatory and Medical Affairs to effectively navigate Promotional Material Review process, prioritize and ensure timely and compliant development of HCP-directed tactics

Develop and mentor fellow HCP marketing team members to help improve team performance, and increase marketing skills and capabilities across the organization

Execute multiple, simultaneous projects and manage resources to ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and address business objectives

Education, Experience and Qualifications

The US commercial organization is Boston-based; this person must be in the office as needed to support key planning and coordination meetings

BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred); MBA is a plus

Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

Experience effectively managing external agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement strategies and programs

Agility, proven ability to influence without authority and cross-functional collaboration

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to achieve positive results

Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality, willingness to roll up sleeves and flexibility to jump in where the business needs dictate

Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions

Strong project management, communication, and organization skills

Experience in rare disease and/or Neurology preferred

Travel 30%

#LI-Hybrid For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $196,000.00 - $294,000.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective, inclusive, and job-related criteria such as relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies and internal equity. This means actual pay may differ from the posted range when justified by these factors. Because market conditions evolve, pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain aligned with external benchmarks. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to the terms and conditions of those plans and applicable policies.
