The Industrial Water market is a niche requiring specialized expertise. Our success hinges on our ability as an EPC contractor to identify the right treatment solutions and demonstrate our implementation expertise. As a Business Development Director, you will work with the Industrial Water Market leader to develop and execute aggressive sales and marketing strategies to meet corporate and project goals while ensuring profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

Researching prospects and executing sales outreach Engaging with prospects until project closure and beyond Collaborating with Market Leaders, Design Managers, Project Directors, and clients to develop concepts, minimize rework, and optimize value engineering, ensuring high client satisfaction Partnering with the marketing team on proposals, digital presence, trade shows, and marketing strategies Supporting project teams with background information and presentation strategies Representing the company at industry events and technical summits Working with Market and Division Leaders on client acquisition, market research, and targeting strategies Guiding Business Development teams across markets on outreach, communication, and presentation techniques Leading market-specific presentations and supporting project teams with background and strategy development Coordinating with engineering leadership to identify technical needs and develop strategies Supporting pursuit development and capture strategies for Project Directors Participating in industry organizations (AWWA, WEF, etc.) Traveling as required Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications

Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, including primary, secondary, tertiary, and residuals management Understanding of wastewater permitting requirements at various government levels Experience with alternative treatment processes High client confidence and satisfaction, demonstrated through feedback and observation Ability to bridge technical and operational communication Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or relevant Engineering 10+ years of experience in the industrial water market Additional Information
