Education and Work Experience: High school diploma or GED required License Requirements: Not applicable Certification Requirements: BLS level CPR Certification required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Effective communication and tactful interaction with personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, and the public Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English Flexibility, integrity, and teamwork skills Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Epic Performance Manager/NetLearning Ability to follow written and oral instructions Ability to work independently and make decisions independently when needed Age-specific care for adolescents, adults, neonates, pediatrics, and geriatrics Other Requirements: Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) EEO Statement
