Overview DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a
Rapid Response Team Lead
to join our team on the upcoming Enterprise DISA JSP ETM Services 2.0 program. This position is onsite in the Washington, DC area.
Duties & Responsibilities
Act as the lead network engineer for the Rapid Response Team, conducting urgent break-fixes and addressing high-priority requirements to meet mission needs, including support for VIP/GO quarters and Presidential visits.
Oversee and manage network connectivity at all VIP/GO quarters within JSP's scope, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient transport for various classification levels.
Manage the installation, maintenance, and removal of equipment such as encryption devices, VoIP/VoSIP systems, and UPS equipment in accordance with JSP standards and architecture drawings.
Perform lifecycle maintenance on all transport devices and supporting equipment in VIP/GO quarters.
Oversee and perform patching and cabling for JSP devices located in VIP/GO quarters, ensuring connectivity and compliance with JSP standards.
Collaborate with the Crisis Management Team (CMT) to manage cost transfers, update user agreements, and support mission-critical operations.
Prepare and submit the Monthly Report for the Rapid Response Team, documenting man-hours, materials, and work performed, as required by contract.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Expertise in network engineering, especially in high-priority incident response within government or military environments.
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network connectivity across all classification levels.
Experience with VIP/GO quarters network setup, including installation and maintenance of encryption, VoIP, and VoSIP devices.
Knowledge of JSP standards and experience working with teams like JNOSC Core Engineering, Service Restoral, TACLANE, and Service Response Teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with CMT and technical teams.
