DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a
Rapid Response Team Lead
to join our team on the upcoming Enterprise DISA JSP ETM Services 2.0 program. This position is onsite in the Washington, DC area. Duties & Responsibilities
Act as the lead network engineer for the Rapid Response Team, conducting urgent break-fixes and addressing high-priority requirements to meet mission needs. This includes support for VIP/GO quarters and Presidential visits. Oversee and manage network connectivity at all VIP/GO quarters within JSP’s scope, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient transport for various classification levels. Manage the installation, maintenance, and removal of equipment such as encryption devices, VoIP/VoSIP systems, and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) equipment in compliance with JSP standards and architecture drawings. Perform life-cycle maintenance on all transport devices and supporting equipment in VIP/GO quarters. Oversee and perform the patching and cabling for JSP devices located in VIP/GO quarters, ensuring connectivity and alignment with JSP standards. Collaborate with the Crisis Management Team (CMT) to manage cost transfers, update user agreements, and ensure mission-essential support. Prepare and submit the Rapid Response Team Monthly Report, documenting man-hours, materials used, and all work performed by the team, as required by contract deliverables. Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance required. Advanced expertise in network engineering, with experience in high-priority incident response and management in government or military environments. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network connectivity and transport across all classification levels, including secure and non-secure systems. Familiarity with VIP/GO quarters network setup, including installation, maintenance, and life-cycle support for encryption, VoIP, and VoSIP devices. Knowledgeable in JSP-approved standards and experience working with teams like JNOSC Core Engineering, Service Restoral, TACLANE, and Service Response Teams. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under tight deadlines and handle urgent incidents (break-fixes, VIP/GO support, and high-priority requirements). Excellent communication skills to work effectively with Crisis Management Teams (CMT) and other technical teams.
