MUFG . Position Summary:
The Client Service Officer will serve as a primary contact for Transaction Banking clients in the Americas, addressing daily cash management needs, providing account support, and resolving issues efficiently. The role requires a solid understanding of cash management products to ensure timely and accurate service. Responsibilities:
Support client portfolios and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. Utilize product knowledge to resolve complex client issues and perform root cause analysis. Deliver excellent client service through timely responses to inquiries via phone, email, and secured messages. Adhere to policy guidelines to mitigate risks and ensure compliance, including AML and BSA regulations. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of client information and transactions. Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Service and Cash Management products. Knowledge of ACH, Wires, Payables/Receivables, Transmissions, and Fraud Protection Services. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English; Japanese and/or Spanish preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Additional Information:
The role offers a base salary between $80K - $100K, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, and educational programs. The work arrangement is four days onsite and one day remote per week. MUFG values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
