What you'll love: Excellent benefits including insurance, 401k match, and more Quarterly bonuses Generous PTO and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee-focused environment Clean, air-conditioned, friendly workspace Casual dress code Essential Duties: Lead development and implementation of precision machining processes Continuously improve processes for productivity and quality Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams Identify and evaluate new machining technologies Develop and maintain process documentation Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Knowledge of SPC and quality tools Legal ability to work in the U.S. Minimum 10 years in process development in precision machining Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, fixture design Proficiency in CAD/CAM software Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills Physical & Mental Demands: Standing, walking, kneeling, bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, seeing, hearing Lift up to 30 pounds The physical and mental requirements are essential for performing this role successfully. Work Environment: Manufacturing floor with typical industrial conditions, including exposure to airborne contaminants, heat, noise, dust, and chemicals. Characteristics are representative of those encountered in this role. Protective Clothing: Eye and ear protection, closed-toe/slip-resistant shoes required in certain areas.
