Our thriving private practice in Wyoming, Michigan — a high-performing, 100% FFS/PPO office — is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our patient-centered team! Practice Details: Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM

Patient Base:

Well-established and growing, offering

strong, immediate production opportunity

Volume:

16–20 patient visits per day

Compensation:

Tiered, progressive

collections-based model

with a

high daily guarantee

during ramp-up

Bonuses:

Clinical Schedule and Practice Environment: Enjoy a

traditional three-column schedule

designed for success: Operative/Treatment Column:

5–7 procedures per day (Restorative, Surgical, Endodontic, Implant Dentistry) supported by a dedicated dental assistant

Hygiene Column:

Accelerated, assisted double-column hygiene with a hygienist and hygiene assistant, generating 8–12 hygiene exams per day

"Kitchen Sink" Column:

1–2 new patient exams daily, 2–4 walk-ins/ERs per week, seatings, adjustments, and post-op follow-ups

Facility and Technology: 7 total operatories: 3 hygiene and 2 fully equipped for each doctor

Modern technology suite, including digital panoramic imaging, digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, soft-tissue laser, implant motor, and rotary endodontic equipment

All restorations are lab-fabricated — no milling units — and no lab fees to the doctor!

Dentrix PMS for efficient scheduling, charting, and case presentation

Experienced business and clinical support team with 1 Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator and 1 Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator
