$350,000 to $430,000+ annual earning potential

in a doctor-led environment focused on autonomy, mentorship, and growth. Position Highlights: Annual Income Potential:

$350,000–$430,000+

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 8 AM–5 PM; Friday 8 AM–12 PM (Full-Time, 4.5 days/week)

Clinical Schedule and Production Model: Operative/Treatment Column:

5–7 cases per day (Restorative, Surgical, Endodontic, Implant Dentistry)

Hygiene Column:

Double-column assisted hygiene with 8–12 hygiene exams per day

Overflow Column:

1–2 new patient exams daily, 2–4 walk-ins/ERs per week, plus post-ops, seatings, and adjustments

7 operatories total — 2 fully equipped for each doctor and 3 for hygiene

Full-time assistant support + experienced business team

All restorations are

lab fabricated

— no in-office milling — and

no lab fees

for doctors

Technology and Support: Digital Pano, Digital X-rays, Intraoral Scanners, Soft-Tissue Laser

Implant Motor, Rotary Endo Systems

Dentrix PMS for scheduling, charting, and case presentation

1 Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator and 1 Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator
