The

Technical Solutions Architect

role involves providing expertise to clients in technical business process management activities. The primary focus is to lead clients and collaborate with the Technical Architecture team to determine best practices and efficient processes. The architect utilizes their knowledge of applications and tools to guide the delivery and functional teams in configuring and enhancing applications to implement designed processes. They serve as the main conduit between business process owners, executives, and technical and functional teams to ensure the application meets all requirements. Job Responsibilities

Diagnose: Understand project scope, oversee environment management, understand applications and data migration requirements. Analyze: Coordinate enhancement requirements, assist with data migration, review high-level designs, and provide estimates. Develop: Manage technical tasks, guide technical consultants, oversee code deployment, and support testing and go-live strategies. Validate: Supervise testing phases and manage performance tuning strategies. Deploy and Support: Execute deployment plans and provide post-go-live support. Leadership: Manage and mentor team members, drive project workstreams, and foster a positive team environment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of D365 experience leading projects and teams, or high school diploma with 7+ years of similar experience. Experience with at least four development technologies (e.g., X++, .NET/C#, SQL) and implementation technologies (e.g., D365 F&O, Visual Studio). Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additional Information

Travel up to 25% may be required. The salary range is approximately $158,000 - $197,000, depending on experience and location. About BDO USA
