We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Architect to provide expertise in technical business process management for our clients. The primary focus of this role is to lead client engagements and collaborate with the Technical Architecture team to determine best practices and efficient processes. The architect will leverage their knowledge of applications and tools to guide delivery and functional teams in configuring and enhancing applications to meet designed processes. They serve as the main conduit between business process owners, executives, and technical teams to ensure the application aligns with requirements. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose: Understand project scope, oversee environment management, and gather data migration requirements. Analyze: Ensure enhancement requirements are detailed, assist with data migration, review high-level designs, and provide estimates. Develop: Manage technical tasks, oversee code management, and support testing and deployment strategies. Validate: Supervise testing phases and manage performance tuning strategies. Deploy and Support: Execute deployment plans and provide post-Go-Live support. Leadership: Own and drive key workstreams, mentor team members, and manage project workstreams. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of D365 experience leading projects and teams, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience. Experience with multiple development technologies such as X++, .NET/C#, SSRS, RESTful API, SQL, JSON, and object-oriented languages. Knowledge of D365 F&O implementation technologies and functional application knowledge. Skills & Abilities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills. Business process analysis and design skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced technical environment. Additional Information
This position requires up to 25% travel. The salary range is approximately $158,000 to $197,000 depending on experience and location. About Us
