Role Overview We are looking for a Portfolio Consulting Manager with a strong background in e-mobility and other novel power demand and supply technologies. You will lead the Technology Pathways team within Siemens Power Technologies International (PTI), providing services to large power consumers, utilities, financiers, and government, including transaction advisory and technology deployment roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
Support business development and promote Siemens PTI consulting services.
Build and strengthen relationships with clients.
Manage proposal generation and project delivery.
Stay updated on market trends and adapt services accordingly.
Manage and develop a diverse consulting team.
Collaborate with other Siemens units for enhanced customer engagement.
Communicate effectively in English, with strong presentation and writing skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as engineering, economics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of experience in energy or power industry consulting or analysis.
At least 2 years in team leadership roles.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Preferred Skills
Experience with transaction advisory, deployment roadmaps, or market analysis.
Knowledge of novel power system technologies and energy markets.
Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $120,540 - $206,640, with annual incentive. Benefits details available at Siemens benefits portal.
