Role overview:
We are seeking a Portfolio Consulting Manager with a strong background in e-mobility and other novel power demand and supply technologies. You will lead the Technology Pathways team within Siemens Power Technologies International (PTI), delivering services to large power consumers, utilities, financiers, and government agencies. Your team will focus on transaction advisory, deployment roadmaps, and analytical support for energy and power technologies, including emerging solutions like e-mobility, small modular reactors, and hydrogen. This is a remote position located in the contiguous U.S. Key responsibilities: Support business development and promote Siemens PTI consulting services. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Coordinate proposal generation and project management. Stay updated on market trends and adjust services accordingly. Manage and develop a team of varied experience levels. Collaborate across Siemens Business Units for enhanced client engagement. Communicate effectively in English, with strong presentation and writing skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher degree in relevant fields such as engineering, economics, finance, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or analytical support within the energy or power industry. At least 2 years of team leadership experience. Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed. Preferred skills: Experience with transaction advisory, deployment roadmaps, market analysis, or regulatory guidance. Knowledge of novel power system technologies, energy markets, and asset management. Compensation and benefits:
