HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residential or commercial locations. We are looking for candidates who are eager, confident, and self-motivated, and that want to combine technical skills with a fantastic customer service experience, all in a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Repair, service, and install all makes and models of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in commercial and residential locations Diagnose and troubleshoot all makes and models of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment Test electrical circuits or components using electrical test equipment Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring Work in a team environment and demonstrate an ability to follow directions to complete tasks and projects Produce quality workmanship and adhere to Primary Air's level of work quality Time management Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Past experience as an HVAC service technician is strongly preferred Good mechanical aptitude, common sense, work ethic, and the desire to advance professionally and personally Ability to work from ladders, crawl under spaces and in tight locations, and lift 50 pounds Must have own hand tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent customer service skills Benefits/Perks Unique Scheduling Competitive Compensation Career Advancement Opportunities Company Truck Quarterly Bonuses Paid Holidays & PTO Health Insurance with Employer Match Company Paid Life Insurance Retirement with Employer Match
