Director, Supplier Outreach

The Vendor Enrollment Director of Supplier Outreach partners with the Vice President Vendor Enrollment to set the strategic agenda for the Strategic Caller and Caller Governance organizations. The Director executes strategic plans, removes obstacles, and guides associates to meet departmental goals. Responsibilities include improving processes to maximize enrollments, drive continuous improvement, identify cost savings, and develop talent. The role ensures maximum enrollment from client campaigns and oversees quality and training programs for the teams. Work Environment As a Director, Supplier Outreach, you will work onsite in Richmond, VA or Brentwood, TN. Corpay provides: Workspace in the specified office locations. Company-issued equipment. Hands-on training. Responsibilities Recommending strategic changes to the VP of Vendor Enrollment. Executing strategic plans and projects related to supplier outreach. Communicating process changes impacting deliverables. Serving as the SME on supplier outreach and educating the organization on best practices. Leading managerial personnel, focusing on talent development. Developing strategies, removing barriers, and tracking performance. Ensuring quality and adherence to policies. Skills & Competencies Data-driven leadership assessing team performance. Excellent customer service and strategic planning skills. Deep knowledge of supplier outreach strategies. Effective in fast-paced environments, managing time independently. Ability to develop leaders and implement change. Qualifications 10+ years leading operations and technical teams; Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Knowledge of financial services, technology, or large-scale Accounts Payable. Experience in customer service within call organizations. Sales experience preferred. Proven ability to build and evaluate team performance.
