The daily sales and marketing activities of our aircraft component inventory are managed by UAM Account Managers worldwide. UAM Junior Account Managers are responsible for marketing and selling aviation components globally, focusing on growing and developing the customer base, including airlines, MROs, and other aircraft component buyers. Our sales approach is based on a “people to people” model, emphasizing relationships and customer service. Key Duties:

Build and maintain relationships with customers to meet account goals, prioritizing customer service Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets Support outside sales with customer data and quotes Handle RFQ inquiries from customers Provide quotes, follow up, and negotiate sales prices to close deals Maintain ongoing contact to develop further business opportunities Participate in morning meetings to coordinate daily activities and assist credit and collections efforts Identify customer needs, find solutions, and ensure their successful implementation Innovate to improve sales processes and focus on continuous improvement Generate calls to build new customer relationships Identify new business opportunities, including airlines and other aviation companies Report sales activities and results to management Stay current on industry trends through training, workshops, and publications Qualifications & Experience

Ideal candidates should possess relationship-building skills, high energy, negotiation abilities, prospecting skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Specific requirements include: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an aviation focus Technical experience in aircraft records trace for engines, major components, and aircraft Sales experience in aviation, particularly component sales, with a proven ability to close deals Experience with aviation industry contracts and relationship development Willingness to learn about UAM products and industry trends International sales experience and cultural awareness
