Roles & Responsibilities Lead restaurant operations, ensuring policies, standards, and culture are upheld. Promote integrity, honesty, and exceed guest and team expectations. Build and maintain a top-performing team. Lead by example, maintaining a positive demeanor. Perform all station functions and train staff accordingly. Recruit, onboard, and train employees. Manage cash and oversee financial practices. Ensure consistent training and development of staff. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Maintain restaurant condition and manage preventative maintenance. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally. Ensure food quality and guest satisfaction standards are met. Oversee financials, including payroll and P&L results. Communicate company updates and opportunities to staff. Coach and develop management team members. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to meet restaurant scheduling needs. ServSafe Certification preferred. At least three years of food prep and line experience. Management experience in fast casual or similar environment preferred. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods. Good vision and dexterity for handling equipment. Comfort working near open flames and in noisy, hot, or cold environments. honeygrow is an equal opportunity employer.
