Mergers & Acquisitions Resource Attorney, Public M&A CyberCoders is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Resource Attorney with at least 7 years of firm experience. This full-time, hybrid role (3 days in-office) offers a salary range of $275,000 to $330,000, depending on experience, with relocation assistance available. The position is located in San Francisco/Palo Alto, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, or Denver.

Responsibilities include: Inputting deal terms into our Transaction Database and coordinating with the knowledge management team. Preparing and revising template documents and organizing client forms and precedents. Monitoring legal updates and market developments in M&A practice, preparing summaries and alerts. Assisting the marketing team with content creation for pitches, teach-ins, and thought leadership. Handling day-to-day requests from attorneys for precedents using internal and public resources. Qualifications: 7+ years as a licensed Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney. Strong background in M&A corporate and transactional law at a law firm. Excellent drafting, organizational, and financial analytical skills. Bar admission in your state; JD from an ABA-accredited law school preferred.
