Adheres to mechanical/electrical principles to industry standards. Performs launch and recovery of ROV system. Checks the ROV before and after dives according to checklists. Performs system weekly and monthly maintenance. Ensures safety at all times. Operates within company HSE policies and standards. Operates ROV system as directed by supervisor/superintendent. Ensures correct operation and data recording. Performs planned maintenance and repairs on ROV and related equipment. Works offshore in harsh weather on a rotation or call-out basis. Maintains the ROV umbilical cable handling system. Maintains hydraulic and mechanical systems of ROV. Maintains shipboard inventory of mechanical spares. Qualifications
Electronic, electrical, or mechanical background. Current Offshore Medical Certificate. Valid offshore survival certificate for the work area. ROV experience. Additional Details
