Business Development Leader .

A Business Development Leader is not a lead generation role where you will be asked to knock on doors or cold call. We are seeking experienced sales representatives who are closers with a successful track record in sales and are looking for the right environment to succeed.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with homeowners and close deals with the best combination of products, services, and a proven track record in the industry.

We view the solar sales process as educational and recognize that switching to solar is an emotional decision. We focus on ensuring our customers understand not just how solar works, but also the financial benefits, so the decision feels transparent and trustworthy.

What you’ll bring:

Sales experience - Required

Outside sales (In-home sales) - Preferred

Solar experience – Welcomed

Willingness to learn

Base salary plus commission

Compensation:

Base salary + uncapped commission (On-Target Earnings $100,000 - $250,000)
