Overview

Venture Solar is hiring a Business Development Leader. This is a sales leadership role focused on closing with homeowners. Appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners and close with the best combination of products and track record in the industry. We view the solar sales process as educational and aim to help customers understand how solar works and how money is allocated to pay for the project. What You’ll Bring

Sales experience - Required Outside sales (in-home sales) - preferred Solar experience – welcomed Willingness to learn Responsibilities

Close sales with homeowners following appointment scheduling by the team Leverage product and company knowledge to present value and transparency around costs and financing Benefits

Base salary plus commission 401k match program Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Time Off Compensation

Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000) Seniority level
