Director of Sales - Boutique Hotel in Coastal Alabama
We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead revenue generation efforts and serve as a brand ambassador for our luxury property. This role is responsible for driving topline growth through strategic market positioning, relationship building, and collaboration across departments, with a focus on promoting our 7,000 sq ft of meeting space and dining venues. 4+ years sales leadership experience in hospitality, with a strong revenue track record (luxury segment preferred) Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with overall hotel goals Identify and engage key market segments including corporate, group, and local partnerships Partner with F&B and marketing teams to create compelling packages and promotions Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and revenue Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge Lead, coach, and develop sales team, setting clear goals and expectations Support events and catering as needed, conducting site inspections and managing client relationships Serve as an active member of the hotel’s executive team

Director Of Sales Qualifications/Responsibilities
4+ years sales leadership experience in hospitality, with a strong revenue track record (luxury segment preferred) Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with overall hotel goals Identify and engage key market segments including corporate, group, and local partnerships Partner with F&B and marketing teams to create compelling packages and promotions Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and revenue Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge Lead, coach, and develop sales team, setting clear goals and expectations Support events and catering as needed, conducting site inspections and managing client relationships Serve as an active member of the hotel’s executive team
