Mixed Reality Developer Location: Washington, DC Metro Area Company Stage: Public Company (NYSE Listed) Office Type: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite required) Salary Range: $135,000 - $220,000 + Competitive Equity

They're building next-generation solutions that impact critical missions across defense, healthcare, energy, and more.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with a world-class team of researchers, product managers, 3D artists, and engineers to create groundbreaking mixed reality experiences
Develop high-performance applications leveraging cutting-edge MR hardware and sensors
Work directly with end-users to understand needs and translate them into intuitive mixed reality solutions
Build mission-critical applications that bridge 2D and 3D environments
Contribute to the architecture and development of next-generation immersive platforms
Ideal Candidate Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field
2-10 years of software engineering experience in full-time roles
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals
Extensive experience with Unity development
Track record of shipping AR/VR applications
Expertise in one or more: C#, C++, Python, Java, JavaScript
Experience with physics engines and 3D mathematics
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing applications for enterprise or defense sectors
Background in game development or interactive 3D applications
Experience optimizing performance for AR/VR platforms
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts
US Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary: $135,000 - $220,000
