ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Facilitate discharge process with patients

Ensures all discharging patients receive discharge paperwork

Review discharge paperwork with the patient

Ensure patients discharges with necessary medications

3 Days per week, Every other Weekend Mandatory. 12 hours per day.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.

One or more years’ nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility preferred.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

Current RN license as required by state.

CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
