Firehouse Subs - Franchise
REPORTS TO: Owner/Franchisee
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, hour and wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness, while fostering a cheerful and fun work environment aligned with Firehouse Subs values and mission.
Ensure the profitability of the business by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and sales growth within established guidelines.
Coordinate and implement current operational plans and company initiatives profitably and promptly.
Ensure proper staffing with qualified personnel who are trained and developed properly.
Continuously train and develop the restaurant's Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
Participate actively in local restaurant marketing efforts.
Implement and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.
Maintain awareness of and participate in community affairs to leverage sales and public relations opportunities.
Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
Communicate effectively with GM/Owner regarding any issues impacting the business.
Maintain restaurant equipment in working order and report problems immediately.
Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner.
Compensation: $13.50 - $17.00
