Tool Proficiency:

Use product management tools like Jira, Trello, Aha!, Figma, and data analysis platforms like Looker or Tableau to streamline workflows, manage projects, and visualize data insight. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:

Define and drive the product vision and strategy, aligning with the company’s goal of reducing financial costs for businesses. Create and maintain a product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market, ensuring alignment across all departments for a seamless launch and ongoing product evolution. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement. Agile Product Management:

Lead sprint planning, manage backlogs, and oversee the product development lifecycle using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and identify strategic opportunities. What You Need

BA/BS in a technical or analytical field Minimum of either:

5 years of product management experience 3 years of product management experience and 1+ year of experience as an engineer or data (applied) scientist

Experience managing software products from ideation to launch - including managing the product vision, day-to-day prioritization, design, and go to market strategy Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers and designers towards a common goal Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to evaluate product decisions and trade-offs while being hyper-focused on delivering value for our customers Comfortable using large datasets and leverage insights to make decisions Benefits (for U.S.-based Full-time Employees)
