Role Responsibilities: To execute a comprehensive sales and growth strategy to drive revenue and market expansion in the US To lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team while fostering a cohesive culture that drives and exceeds sales targets To identify and target new business opportunities within the cattle ranching sector, driving rapid market penetration and business expansion To establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry leaders, while developing strategic partnerships with distributors and influencers To collaborate with marketing to align sales and marketing strategies, using data-driven insights to ensure product offerings are aligned with market requirements To oversee the sales, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting and promote the use of sales best practices and technologies to improve overall efficiency and performance To represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and presence in the US market Skills you will need: Demonstrated success in introducing and expanding new products in the market, driving strong revenue growth and market adoption Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably within the cattle ranching sector In-depth knowledge and an established network within the US cattle and agricultural sectors Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all levels of the business Skilled in fostering strong, lasting partnerships through trust and strategic collaboration An invested interest in sustainable agriculture and cutting-edge technologies Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized with the ability to utilize data-driven insights and solutions Practical and adaptable, with a strong ability to collaborate and work effectively in dynamic team environments Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience with CRM software, data analytics and sales automation tools Willingness to travel throughout the US for customer meetings, industry events and partner engagements Remuneration:
