What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage cross-functional site infrastructure projects covering data center design, construction, and hardware systems Develop and manage end-to-end project plans ensuring timely delivery of new-build projects Provide hands-on program management throughout all project phases, from analysis to post-implementation Perform risk management and align decisions across various teams on projects Drive internal process improvements and conduct business process re-engineering reviews
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT systems engineering, electrical engineering, business, or related field 5 years of data center or network deployment experience 3 years of experience with project management strategies, planning, and tools Proven track record of delivering deployments on or ahead of schedule and on budget Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with managing projects related to data center design and capacity management Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Juniper JNCIA certification Project management experience in scalable enterprise tooling initiatives Strong communication skills with attention to detail Ability to adapt and learn new skill sets quickly
