Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Brand Ambassador: Represent Invictus and our clients by effectively communicating their brand messages to target audiences. Campaign Support: Assist in executing client campaigns that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Build Strong Client Relationships: Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to improve satisfaction and loyalty. Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collect customer feedback, analyze service outcomes, and identify areas for improvement to enhance future campaigns and experiences. Track Campaign Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with the Client Service Team and other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution and meet business objectives. Qualifications:

Education: An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required. Customer-Centric: A strong passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction. Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to meet and exceed targets while contributing to the team’s success. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.
