Program Manager - Bridge The Program Manager supports the Department Director in managing the Bridge Subsidy Program and oversees the Occupancy Specialist Team, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with various standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling client and landlord issues, maintaining accurate files, and collaborating with partner agencies. Job Responsibilities Assists the Department Director with the daily and overall operations of the Bridge Subsidy Program; Responsible for overseeing the daily and overall operations of the Occupancy Specialist Team including document collection, communication with Department of Mental Health, partner agencies, landlords and handling non-routine client and landlord issues; Responsible for coaching, supervising, training, and professional development of Occupancy Specialists; Responsible for assigning caseloads to staff and ensuring program deadlines and processing requirements are met and the work is performed in an efficient, prompt, professional, accurate manner; Ensures that client files and databases are complete, accurate and up-to-date, as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations; Handles all client and employee complaints as well as crisis situations in consultation with his/her supervisory chain in compliance with Agency/Programmatic policies and procedures and treating each case with sensitivity and expedience; Works collaboratively with other staff, departments, and/or partner agencies in order to obtain resources for clients or to resolve complex file issues; Responsible for maintaining, updating, and submitting routine or ad-hoc reports; Knows and complies with the laws and regulations relevant to the position and program. PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. X Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling or standing multiple times a day. X Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds X Climb up and down up to 4 flights of stairs at a time. X Lift up to 25 pounds. High level of computer literacy and organizational aptitude.
