Job Title: Heavy Industrial - DC Warehouse Associate - Equipment OperatorLocation:Celina, Ohio.Employment Type: Contract-to-HireAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the distribution sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the accurate and safe handling of products, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse.Responsibilities Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standardsRequirements Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently without assistance Comfortable working up to 30 feet Post-offer background check & drug screen are required Experience in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications (if any) Material handling equipment experience preferred Dependable, reliable, and a willingness to learn Team player who can work independently with minimum supervisionHours: 3rd Shift RoleSunday Night - Friday Morning (10:30pm - 7:00am)Who We AreSGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
