Key Responsibilities

Manage civil litigation matters involving insurance fraud, civil RICO, and recovery actions Conduct Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), depositions, and manage written discovery Investigate potentially fraudulent claims and prepare coverage analyses and strategic opinions Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and review forensic documentation Collaborate with experienced attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies Support enforcement and recovery initiatives across multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school Active and good-standing member of the California State Bar Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience Background or strong interest in insurance coverage, civil fraud, or bad faith litigation (training provided) Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills Strong case management, organization, and time management abilities
