Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters involving insurance fraud, civil RICO, and recovery actions
• Conduct Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), depositions, and manage written discovery
• Investigate potentially fraudulent claims and prepare coverage analyses and strategic opinions
• Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and review forensic documentation
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies
• Support enforcement and recovery initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
  

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active and good-standing member of the California State Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience
• Background or strong interest in insurance coverage, civil fraud, or bad faith litigation (training provided)
• Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Strong case management, organization, and time management abilities
