We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant for an esteemed real estate firm in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team responsible for managing this complex asset, ensuring accurate financial statements and reconciliations. Key highlights of this position include a competitive compensation package up to $105k plus a 10% bonus, a flexible three days in-office and two days remote work arrangement, and convenient transportation options such as on-site parking and accessible buses, including the IDB Bus serving South and North Stations. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations for the Innovation Design Building. Manage tenant recovery calculations and complex CAM processes. Collaborate with a team of professionals including accounting, construction, asset management, and marketing. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and semi-annual forecasts. Conduct accounts payable, accounts receivable, and lease administration tasks in accounting software. Coordinate with property management on tenant accounts receivable reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Five or more years of property accounting experience in real estate. Experience with MRI software preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial data. Location/Region: Boston, Massachusetts
