Locums OB/GYN Hospitalist - Minneapolis, Minnesota (Float Pool)Location:Minneapolis, MN (Local/Drive-in candidates strongly preferred)Start Date:October 2025 (specific dates listed below)Commitment:
  • Up to 8 shifts per month
  • Sporadic scheduling; shifts sent out monthly
Shift Types:
  • 12-hour or 24-hour in-house call
  • Some facilities allow off-site/hotel call coverage (depending on restrictions)
  • Potential for back-to-back shifts and up to 72-hour stretches, depending on availability
Shift Dates (Current Needs):October: 10/6, 10/10, 10/11, 10/12, 10/13, 10/15, 10/17, 10/23November: 11/5, 11/6, 11/10, 11/13, 11/21, 11/22, 11/23, 11/25, 11/26December: 12/3, 12/5, 12/6, 12/7, 12/10, 12/11, 12/24, 12/25, 12/29 Facility Details
  • Float Pool Coverage: Up to 4 facilities
  • Facility 1 & 2: High acuity, medium volume, in-house call, 12 or 24-hour shifts
    • Facility 2: 2,789 deliveries in 2024
  • Facility 3: Low volume (1-2 deliveries/day), off-site hotel call option
  • Facility 4: Open to both 12 and 24-hour shifts
Clinical RequirementsProcedures:
  • Must be skilled in c-sections, D&Cs, laparoscopic tubals, ectopic pregnancies, etc.
EMR:
  • EPIC
Setting:
  • Hospital (inpatient OB/GYN)
Candidate Requirements
  • Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
  • License: Minnesota medical license required
