We are looking for an energetic finance professional with strong modeling and problem solving skills who enjoys working with several departments and building those relationships cross-functionally. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. 4+ years progressive analyst and reporting experience Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access required Must demonstrate a broad knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong track record of driving profitable growth through financial business partnering Influencing skills and the ability to proactively partner with business group management Superior verbal and written communications with the ability to concisely communicate complex financial information Ability to manage multiple business unit and corporate finance initiatives simultaneously A collaborative work style, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility and partner with internal customers and co-workers Responsibilities: Consolidate and analyze monthly financial statements and manage month-end closing process with operating company finance and accounting staff Prepare monthly reporting packages with appropriate analysis Coordinate all quarterly and annual external reporting and audit processes Support consolidation and analysis of annual budget Perform accounting research to support purchase accounting for business combinations and other transactions. Partner with senior management and other finance staff on special projects and ad hoc assignments, including acquisition diligence and integration. Ensures people, processes, and standards are in place to ensure accurate and reliable financial reports and business insights Drives process and calendar for key financial processes such as annual operating plan, forecast, reporting actuals, balance sheet reviews, etc. Interact with subsidiaries to drive reporting consistency Seniority level
