As a
Customer Service & Logistics Administrator
, you will play a key role in supporting both customer interactions and logistics operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients while maintaining efficient product flow. This position requires a strong understanding of international, domestic, and hazardous shipping (including batteries and delicate instruments), ERP tools, and the ability to troubleshoot logistical challenges. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound shipments, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating order processing with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Logistics:
Handle international, domestic, and hazardous materials shipping, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving packages, logging contents, and preparing items for the next department steps.
Pack and ship finished goods and customer products with attention to handling precision instruments.
Maintain inventory of shipping supplies, including boxes, tape, and packaging materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues related to shipments and supply chain delays.
Generate accurate shipping documents for FRS products.
Customer Service & Order Management:
Interact with customers primarily via phone and email to provide shipment status updates, process orders, and resolve inquiries.
Process purchase and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Generate quotes for services and repairs.
Document and address customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Handle billing inquiries, warranty claims, and basic product information requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed.
Maintain customer records and update ERP systems accordingly.
ERP & Process Management:
Utilize ERP tools such as Oracle and Salesforce for booking shipments, inventory tracking, invoicing, and order management.
Receive items into various ERP systems and ensure proper documentation.
Support the calibration lab and newly acquired manufacturing/assembly division.
Qualifications:
Experience with international, domestic, and hazardous shipping (batteries, precision instruments, etc.).
Proficiency in ERP tools (Oracle and Salesforce preferred) for inventory and order management.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and troubleshoot logistical challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to maintaining shipping supplies and inventory.

Pay Details:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
