Logistics Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a supply chain customers in Chandler. This organization is in search of a logistics Customer Service Rep to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully onsite. In this fully onsite role, you'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating
domestic freight
for a major technology client. You'll act as a key liaison between the client, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and manage domestic freight shipments, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery Coordinate both LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and OTL (Over-The-Road Truckload) freight shipments Serve as the main point of contact for a large tech client, providing high-level customer service Communicate with carriers and internal stakeholders to track shipments and resolve issues Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation Monitor and troubleshoot delays, proactively finding solutions Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations Requirements:
2+ year of logistics, freight, or transportation coordination experience preferred Experience handling LTL and OTL shipments strongly preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software/systems High school diploma or equivalent If you are interested, please apply now!

$23.00 to $26.00 per hour
