* Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for field service, technical, and operations roles across multiple markets * Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job postings, and source candidates proactively * Use multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach * Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams on best practices * Track metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and continuously improve time-to-fill and candidate quality
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in skilled trades, field services, or multi-location businesses * Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in ATS and sourcing platforms * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields
