Job Details:
* Act as full-spectrum HR Generalist supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations * Develop and implement HR processes, documentation, and policy guidelines across acquired service businesses * Serve as a trusted liaison for employee relations and support managers and staff in KC and remote locations * Manage HRIS administration, maintain compliance, and ensure data accuracy across entities * Provide strategic HR support to business leaders and ensure consistent HR practices across the platform
Requirements
* 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multi-site or growing environment * Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and HRIS systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration * High adaptability and ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving organizational structures * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
